CloserHire in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Dutch-speaking Content Moderator for an ecommerce project. You will review user-generated content, ensure compliance with platform policies and local laws, and make moderation decisions in a fast-paced, multicultural team.

This full-time role offers 24/7 rotative shifts with two days off per week, relocation support for international candidates, and a compensation package including 1100€ x14 gross plus daily allowances and a monthly complexity bonus.

Qualificações

Native-level fluency in Dutch and good command of English (B2 level minimum).
Strong communication and decision-making skills.
Background or strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.
Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar area is an asset.

Responsabilidades

Review user-generated content and ensure it complies with platform policies and legal standards.
Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail within latency and quality metrics.
Escalate content or issues in accordance with internal procedures.
Remain up to date on content moderation guidelines and policy changes.
Support content safety across media types with rotative shifts (24/7).
