CloserHire is hiring a German-speaking Content Moderator for an e-commerce project in Lisbon. You will review content, ensure compliance with policies, and make moderation decisions in a fast-paced, multinational team.

The role offers a fixed salary of 1100€ x 14 gross plus a daily 7.23EUR MA and a 100€ Complexity Bonus paid over 11 months, with rotative shifts (24/7) and relocation support for international candidates.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in German and good command of English (B2).
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Background or strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.
• Experience in content moderation or customer service is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Review user-generated content and ensure compliance with platform policies; maintain accuracy and adhere to latency and quality metrics; escalate issues per internal procedures; stay updated on moderation guidelines.
