Job summary

ValGenesis VLMS seeks a Director of Product Enablement to bridge product and market. You will translate complex capabilities into scalable training, drive playbooks and demos, and empower Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing with accurate, compelling content.

You’ll lead cross‑functional enablement programs, own the product knowledge portal, and use AI tools to speed content creation and decision-making, shaping roadmap prioritization and GTM readiness.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience translating complex product capabilities into clear content for multiple audiences.
• Proven ability to build and govern an internal product knowledge base and portal.
• Experience enabling scalable product knowledge and supporting GTM initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable product enablement programs aligned with roadmap and go-to-market priorities.
• Create playbooks, battle cards, FAQs, demos, and training materials across teams.
• Translate complex product information into audience-specific narratives and use AI to accelerate content.
• Serve as primary product knowledge resource for Sales and Solution Engineering.
• Develop prioritization insights with RICE scoring and other inputs for leadership decisions.
