Mastercard in Lisbon seeks a Director, Strategic Insights & Analytics to lead the Global Portfolio Optimization (GPO) team. This role drives enablement of portfolio performance management by leveraging advanced analytics to prioritize and accelerate opportunity conversion at scale.

You will lead the development of performance analytics capabilities, deliver BAU outputs, and define global KPIs while engaging with regional and functional stakeholders to create value for clients.

• Strong analytical and data skills with ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Excellent data visualization and packaging of insights for executives.
• Understanding of data management and evolution of dashboards.
• Leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of issuer needs and leveraging analytics to drive opportunities.
• Strategic thinking with execution mindset and product/enablement context.

Responsabilidades

• Member of GPO Target Team covering insights, analytics data, performance, and KPIs.
• Contribute to portfolio optimization methodology development across data and value.
• Develop performance analytics capabilities and tools.
• Deliver BAU analytics outputs and expand capabilities and KPIs.
• Size and prioritize portfolio optimization opportunities and package outputs.
• Visualize data outputs and deliver to regional and functional stakeholders.
• Define global KPIs and identify challenges hindering customer efficiency and growth.
• Develop custom analytics for strategic efforts (key customers, markets, segments).
• Engage stakeholders to support insights needs across regions and teams.
• Innovate and enhance value generation using data and insights.
