Tripadvisor is seeking a Director, Service Delivery & Excellence, B2B to lead the end-to-end B2B support organization across Viator Supply and Bókun. You will modernize operations, leveraging AI and automation to reduce costs while improving first-contact resolution and supplier satisfaction across the partner lifecycle.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in B2B support or partner operations with leadership of managers.
• Scale & multi-site BPO operations (100+ FTE) with vendor governance.
• Proven experience deploying AI or automation in support workflows with measurable impact.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end B2B support across Viator Supply and Bókun.
• Own onboarding, product creation/setup, compliance, verification, and ongoing support.
• Drive AI-driven tooling and workflow automation to scale support and improve cost-to-serve.
• Oversee vendor relationships, budgeting, and headcount planning.
