  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer and operator experiences while streamlining processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive forces, and emerging technologies related to APIs and integrations.

Critical Skills

  • Technical understanding of API technologies, RESTful services, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML).
  • Proven experience in product management, including strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Problem-solving ability to address complex technical and business challenges.

  • Experience working with engineering teams on large-scale API systems, understanding API standards, compatibility, lifecycle, and monitoring.
  • Ability to participate in technical discussions, challenge teams, and drive consensus.
  • Experience decomposing platform solutions into milestones for rapid value delivery.
  • Experience measuring platform impact and adapting strategies accordingly.
