Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) seeks a Website Services Project Manager to lead digital programs for Nestlé markets, interfacing with agencies, IT, IMS and the Website & D2C service team. The role owns website success and acts as an extension of the business team.

You will manage optimization projects, ensure feature testing, deliver market trainings, and drive KPI analysis while maintaining SOPs and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on website project management with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to test features and train markets on new functionality.

Responsibilities

• Manage optimization projects across websites and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Ensure proper testing of new features and deliver training to markets.
• Monitor KPIs and present actionable insights to the business.
• Create and maintain SOPs and documentation.
