Marsh in Lisbon seeks a skilled PM/BA to join its Digital Transformation team. The role blends business needs with technology delivery, requiring collaboration across stakeholders and exposure to project planning and governance. Hybrid work with in-office presence is expected.

The candidate will translate requirements, manage changes, coordinate activities across project phases, and support testing and data requests to ensure timely, quality outcomes.

Qualificações

• A university degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Math, Management, Finance, Data Science, or similar).
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience in business analysis or requirements gathering is valued.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an organized approach.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business needs into objectives and into clear functional specifications with traceability.
• Gather, analyze, and document business needs and requirements from stakeholders.
• Manage changes and conflicts in requirements, assess impact, and propose practical solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities across all phases, ensuring scope, deadlines, and budget alignment.
• Identify risks and issues early, and support mitigation actions to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate communication between business, technical, and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Track progress, monitor deliverables, and validate outputs against requirements.
• Lead follow-up meetings, prepare status updates, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Support solution validation and testing to ensure requirements are met.
• Support data and reporting requests where needed.
