We are seeking a very experienced Digital Product Designer with proven Design Systems skills to join our Product Design team and shape user-centric products for client engagements. You’ll collaborate in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality design outcomes for diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in UX Design, Product Strategy, UI / Interaction Design.
• Significant experience in Design Systems and UI design.
• Ability to create UI components independently to craft reusable design systems.
• Experience with Zeroheight / Supernova (or similar) and Storybook is welcome.
• Animation experience and incorporating it into UI is a plus.
• Knowledge of web accessibility is a bonus.
• Coding skills are not essential.

About the role

We're looking for a very experienced, hands‑on Digital Product Designer with proven Design Systems skills and good UX knowledge to join our Product Design team. As a Product Designer, you'll be part of a client team shaping innovative, user‑centric products. You'll be skilled at solving complex problems through thoughtful design, creating intuitive and visually compelling experiences.

You'll be an effective communicator, articulate decisions clearly, and collaborate in a fast‑paced, iterative environment, consistently delivering high‑quality design outcomes that elevate the product and delight users.

You'll have the following skills and experience

• Experience in UX Design, Product Strategy, UI / Interaction Design;
• Significant experience in Design Systems and UI design;
• Confidence in creating UI components independently to craft reusable design systems;
• Experience working withZeroheight / Supernova (or similar) and Storybook is very welcome;
• Experience with animation and incorporating it into UI is very much welcomed;
• Experience working with, or good knowledge of implementing web accessibility, would also be a big bonus;
• Coding skills/ability would be a benefit, but are in no way essential.

• You should Be happy to collaborate with both more senior and junior people to establish a design language;
• Enjoy transforming complex concepts into simple and easy‑to‑use experiences;
• Happily participate in all aspects of product design: Research, Sketching, Wireframing, UI Design, Prototyping, User Testing, etc;
• Love working with otherexperienced designers and learning from them, as well as sharing your own knowledge;
• Love working alongside front‑end developers and being part of a cross‑functional team;
• Believe that product, design, and engineering are closely connected and work best when collaborating together;
• Care about accessibility and creating products that are inclusive to all people;
• Be very hands‑on;
• Feel comfortable with moving at a fast pace with your team;
• Believe that learning and self‑development never end;
• Want to bring your drive, passion, and experience to our work and processes;
• Be comfortable working either in a remote environment, or surrounded by your colleagues in the office;
• Have great stakeholder management skills and be able to help, guide, and support the client to success.

What we'd like to see from you

• A portfolio (PDF, presentation, or website) demonstrating critical thinking, creativity, visual design, and Design System experience;
• CV outlining any professional experience and creative training/education, incl. any kind of official UX / UI training that you may have;
• All written documents must be sent in English.
