GROHE is looking for a Digital Performance & Tracking Specialist to join our European Marketing team and help shape how we measure, analyse, and optimise digital performance across multiple markets. About the Role
You will develop and maintain the tracking frameworks that power our digital activation and website performance strategy. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you’ll ensure our campaigns and digital touchpoints are measured effectively and continuously improved.
This is a remote role with occasional travel to our headquarters in Germany for key meetings.
What You Will Do
- Analyse campaign and media performance across European markets
- Track and monitor all activity on the GROHE website
- Build autonomous tracking and reporting structures
- Work with big‑data dashboards and tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio
- Prepare clear, actionable reports and insights for marketing leaders
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to support optimisation initiatives
- Plan, execute, and track advertising and activation campaigns
- Challenge and steer external agencies to ensure high‑quality tracking and continuous optimisation
- Conduct activation potential analyses and identify new opportunities
- Support local market teams with training and guidance on tracking, dashboards, and analytics
- Prepare presentations and performance insights for internal stakeholders
- Contribute to data‑driven decision‑making across the marketing organisation
What You Bring
- University degree in business administration, marketing, IT, or a related field
- Early professional experience in digital or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of business KPIs and the ability to simplify complex data
- Hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- High proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Sheets and Slides)
- Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio), Tableau, or similar tools
- Fluency in English; German is an advantage, but not required
- Agile, structured working style with a willingness to learn and collaborate
