Cyncly in Portugal is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers from purchase to successful product adoption, while promoting our training packages to drive revenue. You will design digital onboarding journeys, run kickoff calls, and collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure content stays aligned with updates.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to understand, speak and write English, French, German.
• Customer service oriented; patient and resilient.
• Experience with onboarding or training programs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transition to product adoption.
• Conduct kickoff calls, discovery sessions, and onboarding meetings to understand goals and success criteria.
• Assist customers with account configuration, setup, and integrations.
• Design, build, and deploy digital onboarding journeys including automated emails and learning paths.
• Maintain and iterate on onboarding content to improve clarity and engagement.
• Collaborate with Training, Product, and Customer Success teams to align onboarding content with updates.
• Proactively promote and sell additional training and/or training packages to customers.
• Assist in developing onboarding documentation, playbooks, and identify needs for content.
