Cross Border Talents is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for an on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal. The position requires fluency in Portuguese and English and hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid campaigns, and customer service within an advertising technology environment.

The role involves delivering customer support, guiding users on digital marketing tools, and managing campaigns. Youll work on-site in Lisbon with rotating shifts and relocation is not offered at this time.

Job description

• Role: Digital Marketing Specialist
• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
• Languages Required: Fluent Portuguese (Native/C1-C2) & English (B2+)
• Contract & Salary: €920 gross/month (14 months/year)

Compensation & Bonus Package

• Base Salary: €920/month (14 payments per year)

• Welcome Bonus: €1,000 (Distributed in 12 monthly installments during your first year)

• Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (Paid via meal card)

• Attendance Bonus: €40 per month (Paid across 11 months)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support in Portuguese and English for key advertising technology clients.

• Assist users with digital marketing strategies, social media product usage, and paid campaign management.

• Handle customer inquiries, solve technical and operational issues, and maintain high standards of service excellence.

Work Schedule & Location

• Work Model: 100% On-site in Lisbon, Portugal

• Current Schedule: Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 19:00 (Rotational shifts: 07:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00)

• Future Schedule (To Be Confirmed): 24/7 rotational operational shifts with 2 rotational days off per week

• Relocation: Not offered (Candidates must already reside in/near Lisbon or arrange independent relocation)

Candidate Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluency in both Portuguese and English.

• Experience:

  • Prior experience in Digital Marketing and Paid Campaign Management.

  • Previous experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service program within an Advertising Technology company.

• Skills: Strong familiarity with social media platforms, basic understanding of digital advertising tools, and excellent communication skills.

• Flexibility: Full availability to work rotational shifts.
