Qualifications

• 4+ years of digital marketing experience in fashion or D2C e-commerce.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads and Klaviyo; Shopify a plus.
• Strong analytical mind and good feel for brands.
• Fluent English; German or Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, run and optimise Meta and Google campaigns with ROAS focus.
• Own Klaviyo strategy including flows, campaigns and retention.
• Set a clear social media strategy for each brand and collaborate with content/design teams.
• Track performance and turn data into clear next steps (GA4, Shopify, ad platforms)
