Ergomed Group is seeking a Digital Experience Marketing Manager to bring our brand to life across LinkedIn, presentations, and brand websites. You will translate strategy into content, copy, and visuals that resonate with B2B audiences, using AI to boost productivity while keeping brand integrity under human oversight.

In this hands-on role, you’ll own channel performance, craft engaging decks, and maintain CMS pages.

Qualificações

• Post-university experience in digital marketing or related B2B field.
• Proven ability to grow a brand on LinkedIn with organic and paid content.
• Strong PowerPoint skills with master slides, layouts and animation.
• Experience building and editing pages in WordPress.
• Knowledge of UX, SEO and AI optimisation principles for websites.
• Ability to turn complex ideas into clear visuals and copy.
• Plan, produce and edit short-form videos for professional social channels.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design or related field; fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Grow Ergomed’s brand visibility on LinkedIn through organic and paid content.
• Create channel-native posts, graphics, carousels, and short-form video that capture attention and motivate engagement.
• Translate dense or technical subject matter into clear, scroll-stopping visuals and copy.
• Plan posting cadence and optimise paid campaigns based on engagement data.
• Design PowerPoint decks and reusable templates for on-brand presentations.
• Manage brand websites with WordPress and SEO best practices.
• Track performance across LinkedIn and websites, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with Brand Managers, freelancers or agencies when needed.
