HCLTech in Lisbon is hiring a Digital Customer Engagement Manager to drive SAP Enterprise Cloud Services delivery and onboarding. You will coordinate service delivery, support escalations, and work with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success across accounts.

The role requires 4+ years in SAP Basis, HANA proficiency, and experience with SAP upgrades, SaaS integration, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Qualificações

• Technical expertise in SAP Basis area with minimum of 4+ years of experience.
• Good understanding and hands-on experience with HANA database.
• Experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB) is mandatory.
• Experience in SaaS products integration with SAP Landscape is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in any of hyper scalers (AWS/Azure/GCP) is needed.
• 4+ years’ experience with multi-national software/IT organizations.
• 2+ Cloud knowledge via Solution Management, Consulting and/or Delivery Program management.
• 2+ years of SAP Basis S/4HANA knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
• Orchestrating the overall service/project delivery according to planned scope, budget, and milestones.
• Supporting in de-escalations of critical customer situations.
• Contributing to customer release and maintenance activities.
• Supporting customers on technical requirements throughout their lifecycle within the SAP Enterprise.
• Executing and supporting problem management and continuous improvement.
• Contributing to liaison with SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success.
• Reviewing account status and advising on transitions to other teams as needed.
• Systematic onboarding of associates: mandatory trainings documentation.
• Enabling continuous delta knowledge transfer on new topics.
