Job summary

Fórum Selecção in Lisbon is seeking a Digital Campaign Officer (M/F) for a Corporate Bank to lead and optimize in-house banner campaigns. You will coordinate strategy, calendar planning, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent messaging and impact.

The role requires hands-on experience with Kameleoon and Adobe Campaign, plus analytics skills to improve visibility and conversion rates. The position is hybrid, based in Lisboa, and initially 12-month project with potential renewal.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing digital advertising campaigns.
• Experience in managing a digital animation plan.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to maximise impact of internal banner advertising.
• Manage the campaign calendar and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Configure banners using Kameleoon and Adobe Campaign; run A/B tests.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide monthly/quarterly reports.
• Train new team members on Kameleoon and testing processes.
