Adentis Portugal seeks a senior Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) specialist to lead data-driven digital marketing initiatives. You will configure journeys, optimize paths with AJO, and analyze outcomes using CJA, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The role requires proven AEP experience, strong SQL skills, and the ability to work across data integration and modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Experience working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for implementation and evolution of digital solutions.
• Configure and optimize customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Leverage Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for analysis, reporting, and insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate data sources into Adobe Experience Platform ensuring data consistency.
• Design and implement customer segmentation, audiences, and personalization.
• Support testing, validation, and issue resolution in production environments.
• Ensure data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Produce functional and technical documentation.

• Configure and optimize customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate multiple data sources into Adobe Experience Platform and ensure data consistency.
• Design and implement customer segmentation, audiences, and personalization strategies.
• Support testing, validation, and issue resolution in production environments.
• Ensure data governance, data quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Produce functional and technical documentation aligned with best practices.

You must have:

• Proven experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Strong knowledge of Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Experience in data integration and data modeling for digital marketing platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and segmentation.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience working with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• European Union citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (Lisbon-based).
