Axians Lisboa is seeking a Junior Digital Advisory Officer (Analyst) to support digital transformation and AI-driven initiatives within a highly regulated banking environment. You will contribute to the implementation and governance of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Working with senior stakeholders, you will support governance activities, data analysis with BI teams, and the creation of training materials and guidelines on digital and AI

Qualificações

• Up to 2 years of experience in consulting, banking, compliance, digital projects, or similar environments.
• Exposure to regulatory, digital transformation, or governance environments is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation and governance of digital and AI-driven tools, while monitoring developments in AI-related regulations and frameworks.
• Contribute to regulatory and compliance assessments of digital platforms and transformation initiatives.
• Respond to stakeholder queries regarding governance processes, approvals, and related documentation.
• Maintain and improve governance documentation, internal registers, and operational databases.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to analyse data and prepare reporting insights.
• Participate in control activities, audits, reviews, and data quality checks to ensure compliance and system integrity.
• Support the creation of internal communications, training materials, guidelines, and awareness content on digital and AI topics.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk and control frameworks through documentation and feedback analysis.
