Inetum Portugal seeks a DevSecOps Engineer (French Speaker) to join our Lisbon team. You will own CI/CD and Kubernetes platform automation, support, and incident management, driving continuous improvement across critical platforms.

The role requires 6+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps, strong automation skills with Bash/Ansible/AWX, and fluent French (C1). Hybrid work arrangement applies, with a mix of onsite and remote work in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps roles.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD technologies including Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitLab, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube and ArgoCD.
• Solid experience with Kubernetes, Docker, containerized environments and cloud-native platforms.
• Proven automation and scripting experience, particularly Bash, Ansible, and AWX.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps security practices and incident management.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices such as Clean Code and Design Patterns.
• Fluent French (C1 level) is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for CI/CD and Kubernetes platforms and their users.
• Support development teams in adopting DevSecOps practices and tools.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to CI/CD and containers.
• Design, implement and enhance automation across DevSecOps environments.
• Create and maintain templates, including pipelines and playbooks.
• Ensure maintenance and continuous improvement of CI/CD platforms.
• Monitor platform performance and deliver operational KPIs and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability.
