This role expects over 8 years of experience in DevOps and strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and container orchestration. Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SecOps or DevSecOps roles.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation and secure deployment practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead DevSecOps initiatives across the development lifecycle.
• Implement and enforce security best practices within CI/CD pipelines.
• Support engineering teams in adopting secure‑by‑default methodologies.
• Provide technical coaching and guidance to junior DevOps/DevSecOps members.
• Conduct code reviews, threat assessments and security audits.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on secure systems.
• Define standards, documentation and reusable templates.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to take a leading role in designing, securing, and optimizing modern infrastructure environments. Beyond the technical responsibilities, this position requires a strong mentoring mindset — supporting, guiding, and coaching less experienced team members as they grow their expertise in DevOps and security practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SecOps or DevSecOps roles
• Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation and secure deployment practices
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Deep understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Strong background in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid knowledge of security frameworks, secure coding practices and threat modeling
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and incident response
• Ability to coach, mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers, promoting best practices
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban)
• A proactive, supportive and collaborative attitude
• English proficiency: B2 or higher
