Job summary

Decskill is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join our Lisbon team. You will drive CI/CD automation, manage Kubernetes-based platforms, and ensure secure container pipelines.

The role emphasizes incident handling, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will work on Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, and ArgoCD-based workflows, with strong emphasis on security, code quality, and scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Hands-on with Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD.
• Experience with Docker and container security best practices.
• Familiar with vulnerability scanning and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Manage platform incidents and performance KPIs.
• Develop Jenkins pipelines and Ansible playbooks.
• Collaborate with TPS/SMT/CIT teams and Application Manager.

We are looking for DevSecOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

• 6 years Experience;
• DevSecOps profile able to provide support for CI/CD solutions and the container orchestrator, both for users and for the platforms' MCO (operational maintenance);

Within the TPS/SMT/CIT team, in collaboration with the Application Manager (CI/CD, Kubernetes), the assigned responsibilities are:

• Getting up to speed with the tools;
• Implementation of full or partial automation;
• Creation of technical templates: Jenkins pipelines, Ansible playbooks.
• Handling incidents related to platform operation;
• Proposing and presenting operational KPIs.

• Skills in securing containers and Kubernetes clusters, including image minimization, privilege management, etc.;
• Knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools and methods for remediating identified flaws;
• Skills in incident management and drafting detailed technical reports;
• Software architecture models and their use cases (Hexagonal Architecture, CQRS, Event Sourcing, etc.);
• Cyber regulations, standards, and norms (GDPR, OWASP, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, CIS, NIST);~
• Code quality rules (clean code, software craftsmanship, etc.) and design patterns.
