As a freelance SailPoint IdentityIQ Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will play a pivotal role in enhancing identity lifecycle management practices and supporting a team of developers within major fintech and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical lead and SME for SailPoint IdentityIQ across all project phases.
• Design and implement best practices for SailPoint IIQ development and integration.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and education to team members on SailPoint functionalities.
• Enhance identity lifecycle processes and access governance workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver robust SailPoint IIQ configurations and code.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive quality and knowledge sharing.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in software development within enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance.
• Solid skills in Java, Python, Testing, and Microservices.
• Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring or educating others.
• Comfortable working in complex, regulated environments (e.g., fintech).
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Advanced proficiency in Python scripting.
• Strong grasp of IaC tools and practices.
