Inetum is seeking an IT Operations professional in Portugal to ensure production readiness across the project lifecycle within an Agile/DevOps setting. You will drive resilience, monitoring, and security by design while coordinating with development teams and stakeholders to accelerate secure deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT Operations, strong infrastructure knowledge, risk and cybersecurity understanding, and a proactive, communicative mindset.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in IT Operations or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and production operations.
• Understanding of IT risk and cybersecurity.
• Coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to summarize and communicate clearly.
• Proactive, rigorous and committed attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Guarantee production readiness from design through deployment and beyond.
• Ensure stability, performance, and reliability of production and non-production environments.
• Integrate production, infrastructure, and security requirements into solutions.
• Contribute to defining technical solutions with a production-first mindset.
• Promote platform reuse, ensuring resilience, monitoring and security by design.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement required solutions.
• Enable automation and drive reliability improvements.
• Share knowledge and enable teams on DevOps tools and processes.
