Job summary

Grit Solutions in Lisbon seeks a DevOps Engineer to build and maintain infrastructure using GitOps. You will automate CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes clusters, and implement ArgoCD/FluxCD-based solutions to support rapid, reliable releases in high-load environments.

You will collaborate with development and operations teams, improve monitoring stacks, write Helm/Kustomize configurations, and contribute to security practices around images and secrets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DevOps/SRE engineering.
• Hands-on Kubernetes: RBAC, Ingress, networking and storage.
• GitOps experience with ArgoCD or FluxCD.
• Helm and Kustomize configurations in use.
• Docker, Linux and core CI/CD tooling proficiency.
• Scripting: Bash, Python or Go.
• Monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Fluent English.
• Nice to have: Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible and Vault.
• Logging: Loki/ELK/OpenTelemetry; CI/CD security basics.

Responsibilities

Job description

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to help build and maintain infrastructure based on GitOps principles. You'll be involved in automating CI/CD pipelines, managing Kubernetes clusters, and implementing ArgoCD/FluxCD-based solutions, working closely with development and operations teams to ensure stable, predictable releases in high-load environments.

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps/SRE Engineer
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including RBAC, Ingress, networking and storage
• Hands-on experience with ArgoCD or FluxCD in a GitOps approach
• Active development and maintenance of Helm charts and Kustomize configurations (not just platform administration)
• Solid knowledge of Docker, Linux and core CI/CD tooling
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python or Go
• Experience configuring monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Fluent in English
