Noesis ищет опытного инженера DevOps/Platform Engineering для самостоятельной работы над внутренней инфраструктурой разработки: платформой GitHub, миграциями пайплайнов и поддержкой команд. В задачу входит внедрение AI в процессы разработки и соблюдение стандартов безопасности.

Требуется опыт работы с GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps и инструментами контроля качества. Гибридный график в районе Карнаксиде, поддержка команд разработки и участие в росте инженерной эффективности.

Qualifications

• Опыт не менее 4 лет в DevOps или Platform Engineering с автоматизацией CI/CD в корпоративной среде.
• Искусственный интеллект в разработке: использование AI-помощников и агентов в рабочих процессах, с соблюдением мер безопасности и управления данными.
• GitHub Enterprise Cloud: администрирование, EMU, правила, аудит.

Responsibilities

• Развивать self-service платформу GitHub репозитория, пайплайны, контроль доступа и документацию с нуля.
• Участвовать в массовой миграции пайплайнов Jenkins и Azure DevOps на GitHub Actions.
• Способствовать внедрению инструментов DevOps, включая инструменты обеспечения безопасности и качества кода.
• Помогать измерять производительность инженерного отдела с использованием метрик DORA.
• Интегрировать искусственный интеллект в жизненный цикл разработки.
• Обеспечивать постоянную поддержку командам разработки.

Noesis is looking for the following profile to contribute to the internal development platform, ensuring reliable, secure, and easy-to-use tools, pipelines, and processes. Work autonomously on well-defined problems and contribute to the team's technical decisions.

Задачи:

• Evolve the self-service GitHub repository platform, which provides pipelines, access control, and documentation from day one.
• Take part in large-scale migration of Jenkins and Azure DevOps pipelines to GitHub Actions.
• Contribute to the ongoing adoption of development support tools, including security and quality tools.
• Support the measurement of engineering performance using DORA Metrics.
• Integrate Artificial Intelligence into the development lifecycle.
• Provide ongoing support to development teams.

Требования:

• At least 4 years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering, with CI/CD automation in an enterprise environment.
• Artificial Intelligence applied to development: use and integration of AI assistants and agents in engineering workflows and pipelines, following security and governance best practices (data protection, human review).
• GitHub Enterprise Cloud: administration, EMU, rulesets, auditing.
• Git/GitHub: branching, PRs, branch protection, CODE OWNERS, permissions.
• REST APIs and GitHub API (REST/GraphQL).
• GitHub Actions: reusable workflows, composite actions, matrices, caching, runners (hosted and self-hosted), secrets/environments.
• Jenkins (Jenkinsfile/Groovy) and Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Large-scale CI/CD migrations.
• Bash and Python (or Node.js/TypeScript, Go) for automation and tooling.
• Linux (preferably RHEL-like) and Docker/Podman.
• Security in pipelines.
• Pipeline quality and security tools: SonarQube, Corgea, Trivy, Dependabot, CodeQL, SBOM.
• Будет плюсом: Backstage or Internal Developer Platform concepts; DORA Metrics and dashboards (Grafana, Power BI); Solid knowledge of Terraform or equivalent IaC; Kubernetes and cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP); Artifact management (Artifactory, Nexus, or GitHub Packages) and Ansible; Observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch)
