Fyld is hiring a DevOps Engineer to drive automation, CI/CD, and scalable infrastructure across projects in a fast-growing consulting environment. The role focuses on improving how software is built, deployed and operated, with emphasis on reliable deployments and secure pipelines.

You will collaborate with software and infrastructure teams, implement IaC, and ensure robust monitoring and observability. Fluency in English is expected; Portuguese language skills are a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Proven DevOps Engineer experience or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and software delivery lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Jenkins or equivalent.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, OpenTofu, Ansible or similar technologies.
• Strong experience with Docker and containerized application environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Experience with major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Strong scripting using Python, Bash or PowerShell.

We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in automation, CI/CD and infrastructure, and a passion for improving the way software is built, deployed and operated.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, DevOps Specialist or similar role
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and software delivery lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Jenkins or equivalent
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, OpenTofu, Ansible or similar technologies
• Strong experience with Docker and containerized application environments
• Experience with Kubernetes and related technologies such as Helm
• Experience working with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure or GCP
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell or similar
• Experience with Git, branching strategies and version control best practices
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking and security fundamentals
• Experience implementing automation across development, testing and production environments
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging and observability practices
• Knowledge of security best practices and DevSecOps principles
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate issues in production environments
• Ability to collaborate closely with software developers, infrastructure engineers, security teams and other stakeholders
• Fluency in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with GitOps and tools such as Argo CD or Flux
• Experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, Prometheus and Grafana
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices
• Experience with policy-as-code or secrets management solutions
• Experience implementing automated security and compliance checks in CI/CD pipelines
• Relevant certifications such as CKA, CKAD, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert
