Job summary

Dremio is seeking an enthusiastic engineer to join our CI/CD and developer productivity team. You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across AWS, GCP, and Azure, automate local development workflows, and improve tooling to scale our infrastructure.

You should be comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment, with 1+ years' experience in large distributed systems and a strong foundation in at least one programming language (Java/C++/Python/Go).

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
• 1+ years of experience on large scale distributed systems.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in Java, C++, Python, or Go.
• Experience with Jenkins or CI/CD tooling.
• Experience with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Maven or similar build environments.
• SQL proficiency.
• Strong collaboration and learning attitude.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple clouds.
• Automate local development workflows and tooling.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for scalability.
• Analyze performance issues and document resolutions.
• Participate in code reviews and release engineering tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve developer productivity.
• Maintain infrastructure access controls and change management.
• Report on CI/CD system reliability and robustness.
