- Solid UX practices and processes.
- Experience with Figma: components, variants, auto-layout, styles.
- Structured approach to documenting resources and files.
- Strong attention to detail, quality, accessibility, and maintainability.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Team player with designers, developers and stakeholders.

- Designing components in Figma and evolving the Design System.
- Improve processes, practices, and culture of Design within the company.
