The role involves building and documenting UI components, maintaining Figma libraries, and ensuring scalability and accessibility. Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of UI component design and accessibility standards.

Responsabilidades

• Build and document design system components.
• Maintain Figma libraries and the coded component library.
• Support product teams in transitioning to design system adoption.
• Review component contributions from teams.
• Ensure parity between Figma and Storybook.
• Maintain the coded component library (React, ChakraUI).
• Establish contribution rules, governance, and release cadence.
• Launch and animate the Design System Community
• Create training, show-and-tells, and onboarding materials.
• Support product teams in transitioning to DS adoption.
• Use AI tools to accelerate component generation, documentation, and pattern suggestions.
• Pilot smart linting and AI-based QA for design system usage.
• Work with B2C, B2B, B2O designers to understand needs and roadmap.
• Partner with DesignOps to define governance.
