Résumé du poste

UX Pilot AI is seeking a designer who builds. You will create tools, experiences and content to showcase what UX Pilot can do, ship them regularly, and share your work publicly to a large audience.

Design comes first in this role. You set the bar for how things look, move and feel, and then build them yourself, working directly with the founder in a fast, flat team.

Qualifications

• A strong designer with real taste in visual design, motion and interaction.
• You build what you design, with Claude Code or similar tools.
• You've shipped things that people actually use.
• You have a public trail: a portfolio, side projects, posts or a lab.
• What you've shipped matters more than your years of experience.

Responsabilités

• Design and build new tools, demos and experiments around UX Pilot.
• Shape how new features launch and look.
• Share your work and process on X, LinkedIn, GitHub and the communities you're part of.
• Work directly with the founder. No layers, fast decisions
