• Design and development of data models based on SAP Datasphere
• Creation of analytical dashboards and reports with defined KPIs in SAP Analytics Cloud, and identification of optimization opportunities
• Implementation, documentation, and rollout of the developed data models
• Management of data-driven projects and initiatives as a project or program manager
• Establishment and deployment of a process mining tool for root-cause analyses

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Passion for data, analytics, and processes, with strong conceptual thinking skills
• Strong technical abilities and the capacity to solve complex business problems in a structured manner
• Understanding of the business context and the ability to identify how data analytics can be used to improve processes
• Solid knowledge of data analysis methods and models
• Comfortable working with large datasets and experienced with databases and data visualization tools
• Good to excellent knowledge of SQL and experience with SAP; Python skills are a plus
• Able to communicate findings clearly, appropriately for the audience, and persuasively to stakeholders
