Jobtailor in Porto is seeking a data-driven professional to design and build data products for company-wide reporting and empower service metrics with clear dashboards.

You will drive data-driven decision-making, support process mining adoption, and deliver insights that shape strategic choices while strengthening a data-powered culture across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Passion for data, analytics and business processes with strong conceptual thinking.
• Strong technical capabilities to solve complex business challenges in a structured manner.
• Understanding of business contexts and opportunities where data analytics can improve processes.
• Solid knowledge of data analysis methods and models.
• Experience with large datasets, databases and data visualization tools; SQL proficiency; SAP knowledge; Python is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presenting findings clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong passion for data, analytics, and business processes, combined with excellent conceptual thinking skills
• Strong technical capabilities and the ability to solve complex business challenges in a structured manner
• Good understanding of business contexts and the ability to identify opportunities where data analytics can improve processes and performance
• Solid knowledge of data analysis methods and models
• Confident working with large datasets and experienced in using databases and data visualization tools
• Proficient to advanced knowledge of SQL and practical experience with SAP; knowledge of Python is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly, persuasively, and in a stakeholder-oriented manner.
