Alpineo Consulting in Lisbon is seeking a Delivery Lead to make complex delivery systems simpler, clearer and more predictable in the Financial sector. You’ll work with product, engineering, QA, UX and business stakeholders to keep delivery healthy and aligned with priorities.

You’ll spot risks early, connect product intent with delivery reality, and coach teams on Agile, Kanban and XP. You’ll use data and metrics to improve decisions and drive reliable outcomes.

Formación

• Experience owning delivery effectiveness in a software product team.
• Strong Agile and flow methods background.
• Ability to influence Product, Tech and stakeholders without formal authority.
• Experience coaching teams and improving ways of working.
• Comfort using delivery metrics to make risks visible.
• Experience driving change at team and organisational level.
• Experience with AI tools.
• Multi-squad or multi-platform coordination.
• Financial services or regulated environment.

We’re looking for a Delivery Lead who enjoys making complex delivery systems simpler, clearer and more predictable in Financial sector.

In this role, you won’t just track progress or run ceremonies. You’ll help teams see the full picture: capacity, flow, dependencies, risks and delivery confidence. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, QA, UX and business stakeholders to make sure delivery stays healthy and aligned with what matters.

You’ll be the person who spots the risk before it becomes a problem, makes trade-offs visible, and helps the team focus on what really moves the needle.
