Woopel in Almada, Portugal, is seeking a Database Administrator to design, implement and maintain robust database systems. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure high availability, data integrity and clear security controls across all databases, while troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.

The role requires strong knowledge of MySQL, Oracle and SQL Server, plus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

As a Database Administrator you will be responsible for the performance integrity and security of our companys databases You will work closely with the IT team to ensure that our databases are running smoothly and efficiently Your main duties will include designing implementing and maintaining database systems as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise You must have a strong understanding of database management systems and be able to work independently
