Capgemini Engineering is seeking a skilled AI/ML engineer to develop, deploy and optimize Data Science and Generative AI solutions. You will design, build and maintain AI/ML models, data pipelines and MLOps practices across varied business use cases.

You will collaborate with data and software engineers, cloud architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions, contribute to platform evolution and cloud optimization initiatives.

Qualificações

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in Data Science, ML, Generative AI or AI Engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with AWS AI/ML services including SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda and Comprehend.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, transformers and diffusion models.
• Experience with RAG, vector databases and knowledge graphs.
• Knowledge of MLOps, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS), and CI/CD for ML pipelines.
• Strong data engineering skills with AWS Glue, Athena, Spark or similar.
• Understanding of cloud optimization, distributed computing and model scaling.
• Knowledge of NLP, image generation, multimodal AI and Generative AI tech.
• Experience fine-tuning open-source models like LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, Stable Diffusion.
• Knowledge of ethical AI principles, bias mitigation and AI safety best practices.
• AWS Certified ML – Specialty is a plus.
• Experience with real-time AI apps, chatbot dev or autonomous agents is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development, deployment and optimization of Data Science, ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Design, build and maintain AI/ML models with performance, scalability and reliability across use cases.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines, feature engineering and large-scale data processing workflows.
• Implement and support MLOps, including model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD and lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, vector databases and knowledge-driven AI apps.
• Support implementation, fine-tuning and evaluation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, cloud architects and stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Contribute to AI platform evolution, cloud optimization, model scaling and continuous improvement initiatives.
