act digital is seeking a Senior Data & AI Analytics Lead in Porto to oversee a team of 13 data professionals and drive excellence in Analytics, BI, and AI. The role combines hands-on leadership with technical execution to shape best practices and accelerate AI adoption across the organization.

You will mentor data analysts, BI developers, and data scientists while guiding architectural decisions and delivery frameworks, ensuring scalable, business-focused analytics solutions.

• Lead design and evolution of analytical solutions using Power BI.

• Drive adoption of AI and ML initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve processes and decisions.
