Decskill is seeking a Data Product Owner to bridge business needs with data-driven solutions. You will work with stakeholders across Business and IT to define requirements, manage the backlog, and guide data-focused initiatives.

The role emphasizes ownership in data, analytics, and BI environments, with expectations to refine requirements, maintain documentation, and measure impact through KPIs and ROI.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner.
• Advanced Product Owner certification, such as PSPO II or A-CSPO.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across Business and IT teams.
• Experience in Data, Analytics, Data Warehouse, and Power BI environments.
• Knowledge of data modelling, including tables and relationships.
• Databricks experience/knowledge preferred.
• High level of autonomy and organizational skills in complex environments.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

• Organize and maintain functional documentation.
• Track impact indicators such as ROI, NPS, customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and clarify requirements with multiple stakeholders.
• Identify and translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Write and maintain User Stories, including acceptance criteria.
• Define and manage backlog priorities.
• Perform functional backlog refinement.
• Support and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Provide functional follow-up throughout the delivery lifecycle, up to user acceptance testing.
• Functionally validate product deliveries.
• Organize and maintain functional documentation.
• Track and define impact indicators following product deliveries, such as ROI, NPS, customer satisfaction index, etc.
• Deliver all outputs and activities expected at the previous level.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner.
• Advanced Product Owner certification, such as PSPO II or A-CSPO.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across Business and IT teams.
• Experience working in Data, Analytics, Data Warehouse, and Power BI environments.
• Knowledge of data modelling, including tables and relationships.
• Databricks experience/knowledge is preferred.
• High level of autonomy and organizational skills, particularly in complex environments.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing needs and priorities.
