Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead internal data products within the Grid Technologies Digital Services unit. Set vision, strategy, and roadmaps; drive agile development with technical teams; and champion organizational adoption to meet user needs and business goals.

The role requires 5+ years in product management for internal data/software, CSPO certification, and strong collaboration across data, UX, and engineering in an Agile setting. Fluent English is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management for internal data, software, or high-tech digital products in agile environments.
• CSPO certification.
• Skills in product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, market research, UX, budget planning, data-driven decision making, and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA and strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal data products, ensuring alignment with objectives and user needs.
• Manage product budgets, track costs, and report on financial performance to support business goals.
• Conduct internal market research and user feedback sessions to identify trends and inform product direction.
• Translate strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, collaborating with data engineers, data scientists, and UX designers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Engage stakeholders, drive internal adoption with communication plans and training, and analyze product performance for continuous improvement.
