Siemens Energy is seeking a senior data architect to lead the data architecture strategy and establish scalable data platforms. You will design data lakes and warehouses, govern standards, and mentor a team of data professionals while aligning with enterprise IT architecture.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and hands-on execution across data modeling, governance, and cloud technologies to support grid technology initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale data projects with autonomy.
• Expertise in data modeling, warehousing, ETL/ELT, cloud platforms, and governance.
• Strong TOGAF knowledge and IT architecture fundamentals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and mentoring skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the data architecture strategy, data models, and roadmaps.
• Design data architectures for warehouses, data lakes, and real-time platforms.
• Evaluate and adopt new data technologies to enhance capabilities within the organization.
• Establish and govern data architecture standards, policies, and security/compliance.
• Lead large-scale data initiatives and ensure seamless system integration.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data professionals.
