Powerdot is building a disruptive charging network across Europe. We are looking for a Product Manager to own data products, governance, and analytics that power pricing, subscriptions, energy, and partner payments. You will drive data quality, collaborate with engineers and data scientists, and ensure trusted data for business decisions.

You will join a data-driven team in a fast-growing company dedicated to sustainable mobility and a culture of ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of product management or data-adjacent role owning what got built
• Shipped data products or internal platforms relied on by other teams
• Understand data flow between operational systems and why records may disagree
• Able to turn vague requests into precise definitions and plans
• Able to coordinate with multiple teams to fix data issues without direct authority
• Clear communicator with technical and business audiences
• Bonus: SQL, dbt, Airflow, Metabase, data governance, AI/LLM tooling on company data

Responsabilités

• Own the roadmap for the Data team's products: reporting layer, self-serve analytics, data models for pricing, subscriptions, energy and partners
• Run data quality and consistency programme across systems; drive root-cause fixes
• Be the single entry point for data requests; understand business needs and prioritise
• Translate business questions into clear data requirements with owners and tests
• Ensure reliability and accessibility of data used by AI agents
• Measure adoption and trust in the team's outputs and act on findings
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, data scientists and cross-functional teams (Pricing, Energy, Finance, Operations, Growth)
