Job summary

Powerdot is seeking a Product Manager for our Data team to own the data products guiding pricing, subscriptions, energy and partner data. You will shape the data strategy, coordinate governance, and enable trusted analytics across the company.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in product management or data-adjacent roles with ownership of what gets built.
• Shipped data products or internal platforms relied on by other teams.
• Structured thinker who turns vague requests into precise definitions and plans.
• Clear communicator with technical and business audiences.
• Bonus: SQL, dbt, Airflow, Metabase, data governance or AI/LLM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the Data team's products: governed reporting, self-serve analytics, data models for pricing, subscriptions, energy and partners.
• Lead data quality and consistency program across systems holding commercial, operational and charging data; drive root-cause fixes.
• Serve as single entry point for data requests; prioritise needs and say no with a reason when needed.
• Translate business questions into data requirements with definitions, owners, tests and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure data reliability for AI agents and measure adoption and trust in shipped data products.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, data scientists and cross-functional teams like Pricing, Energy, Finance, Operations and Growth.
