Job summary

Powerdot in Portugal is seeking a Product Director to lead the product organization end-to-end, shaping strategy, roadmaps and the operating model. You will unite hardware and software surfaces, guide multiple product teams, and translate customer needs into business outcomes.

We value a data-driven, hands-on leader who elevates product craft, mentors PMs and designers, and partners across engineering, design, data, operations and commercial teams to ship impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Head of Product or Director level in a scale-up or fast-moving environment.
• Experience managing Product Managers across multiple teams.
• Experience with physical assets combined with software platforms (mobility, energy, logistics).
• Understanding of B2B products and internal tooling as well as customer-facing experiences.
• Strong prioritisation skills and ability to trade off roadmaps with limited resources.
• High standard for measurement and data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product organisation end to end, including strategy, roadmap, operating model, and people development.
• Set priorities and make clear trade-offs across product areas and cross-functional teams.
• Raise the product craft bar across discovery, problem definition, specifications, delivery, measurement and post-launch learning.
• Build a strong management and coaching system for Product Managers and Product Designers at different career stages.
• Ensure every launch has a clear definition of success and a rigorous readout.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations and commercial teams to connect customer needs with business outcomes.
• Create an environment where teams move with ownership while staying aligned on company priorities.
