Qualificações

• Hands-on experience designing and building enterprise data platforms.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a track record of mentoring engineers.
• Capability to review code and guide architectural decisions while remaining hands-on.
• Expertise with cloud-native data ecosystems and modern engineering tooling.
• Deep knowledge of governance, privacy, data lineage and secure data products in regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design core parts of the data platform architecture, including ingestion and data modelling.
• Define technical standards for data ingestion, transformation and modelling.
• Lead architectural decisions and ensure alignment with governance and privacy frameworks.
• Stay hands-on: write code, review pull requests, contribute to platform components.
• Coach engineers, plan the technical roadmap, and balance new capabilities with maintenance.
