Chain IQ is seeking a hands-on Team Lead for a data engineering team. You will design and build our data platform, defining ingestion, modelling, and governance while mentoring engineers to grow their skills.

This role combines technical leadership with practical coding across Databricks and lakehouse architectures. You will collaborate with architecture, product, and governance teams to keep the platform scalable, secure, and compliant.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience building enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with Databricks or lakehouse architecture.
• Mentoring engineers and balancing hands-on delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build core parts of the data platform architecture.
• Define technical standards for ingestion and data modelling.
• Lead architectural decisions within governance and privacy framework.
• Stay hands-on: write code, review PRs, contribute components.
• Provide technical leadership and coach engineers.
• Plan and prioritise the team's technical roadmap.
• Collaborate with architecture, product, and governance stakeholders.
