Aubay Portugal is seeking a Data Engineer to join our growing team. You will build and optimize large-scale data pipelines and data architectures, with a focus on Snowflake data warehousing and scalable pipelines.

You should have 4+ years of experience, strong programming skills in Scala, Python or Java, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms and big data tools. You will work in a collaborative environment, with opportunities for training and career progression, benefiting from Aubay's

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience working as a Data Engineer (mandatory).
• Strong experience in building and optimizing big data pipelines, architectures, and datasets.
• Solid hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data warehousing, data modeling, performance optimization, and the development and management of scalable data pipelines (mandatory).
• Experience in building processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency management, and workload orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in Scala, Python, and Java; experience with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and Kinesis; plus Airflow and AWS Glue.
