LUZA Group is seeking a Data Engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable data engineering solutions using Azure Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric. You will build and optimise Power BI dashboards, develop ETL/ELT processes and work with modern data platforms to deliver reliable BI data for decision making.

You will translate business requirements into KPIs and collaborate with stakeholders to deploy impactful data solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of data engineering experience with Azure Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong Power BI skills including dashboard development, data modelling and DAX.
• Solid SQL knowledge and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data integration.

What You’ll do:

• - Design, develop and maintain scalable data engineering solutions using Azure Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• - Build and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports, including data modelling, DAX development and performance optimisation.
• - Develop and manage ETL/ELT processes to ensure reliable, consistent and high-quality data for BI consumption.
• - Work with Azure Cloud data platforms, particularly Data Lakehouse architectures and modern data integration solutions.
• - Design and query databases, leveraging strong SQL skills and Data Warehousing concepts.
• - Translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs, metrics and actionable insights.
• - Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective data solutions.
• - Support and guide end users in the adoption of BI and reporting tools.
• - Identify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting capabilities and business decision-making through data-driven insights.

What You Are:

• - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or an equivalent qualification.
• -Bring at least 3 years of proven experience in Data Engineering, working with Azure Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• -Demonstrate solid experience in Power BI, including dashboard development, data modelling, DAX and performance optimisation.
• -Have experience with BI and reporting tools, with a strong focus on end‑user needs and adoption.
• -Possess solid knowledge of databases and SQL, alongside an understanding of Data Warehousing‑ concepts.
