Metyis AG is seeking a Data Engineering Associate for its Digital Campus in Porto. You will join a global Data and Analytics team focusing on end-to-end data handling, processing, and analytics for high-impact client engagements.

The role emphasizes ETL, scalable data solutions, and collaboration with data scientists, reporting, and product teams, while requiring strong SQL, Python/Scala skills and excellent English communication.

Qualificações

• 3-6 years of experience in data engineering.
• Graduate degree or higher with courses in programming, data analytics.
• Strong Python/Scala or scripting skills.
• SQL proficiency required.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Git and CI/CD knowledge would be beneficial.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose problems, disaggregate issues, develop hypotheses and execute relevant solutions.
• Process structured and unstructured data.
• ETL activities and data pipelines development.
• Develop and maintain data solutions for clients/projects.
