Metyis is expanding its global Data and Analytics team and is seeking a Data Engineering Associate in Porto with 3-6 years of experience. You will work on end-to-end data handling, acquisition, processing, and analytics for client projects at the Digital Campus.

Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to build scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and data solutions. Strong SQL, Python/Scala skills, knowledge of cloud platforms, and excellent English are valued in this role.

Qualificações

• 3–6 years of experience in data engineering.
• Graduate degree or higher with programming and data analytics coursework.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficient in SQL and scripting (Python/Scala).

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose problems and develop hypotheses.
• Process structured and unstructured data.
• Undertake ETL activities.
• Develop data processing code for automation and scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain data solutions for clients/projects.
• Communicate with clients at the executive level.
• Collaborate with data science, reporting and product teams.
