Job summary

Team IT is seeking a Data Engineer to join our on-premise data platform in Lisbon, Portugal. You will design and implement robust ETL/ELT pipelines, optimize large-scale data processing, and work with the Hadoop ecosystem (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, HDFS) to transform data into actionable insights.

We value hands-on experts comfortable with on-prem infrastructure, batch processing, and collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering with on-premise Big Data.
• Hands-on with Hadoop ecosystem, Spark, Hive and HDFS.
• Experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL and Python/Scala.
• Hands-on with on-premise Big Data environments and batch processing.

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with strong expertise in Big Data and on-premise environments.
