Job summary

Hipoges S.p.A. is seeking a Data Engineer to manage and improve our data infrastructure, develop automated processes, and ensure data quality across systems to support portfolio management and internal operations.

The role requires strong SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python skills, experience with data integration, and excellent English communication. An intermediate Spanish level is desirable in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or another relevant field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Data Engineering or a similar role.
• Experience working with databases, data processing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data availability, integrity and efficiency.
• Develop and implement automated processes to improve portfolio management and internal operations.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and accuracy across systems.
• Support data analysis and contribute to the optimisation of data-related processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes through automation and better use of data.
